Ways to relax...  

  • Join an antenatal yoga class - ask your midwife about ones in your area.
  • Unwind with a quiet stroll - this is good for you and your baby.
  • Swimming - if you enjoy it - it can be very relaxing, especially during the last trimester when you may be glad to have the weight taken off your joints.
