Ways to relax...
- Join an antenatal yoga class - ask your midwife about ones in your area.
- Unwind with a quiet stroll - this is good for you and your baby.
- Swimming - if you enjoy it - it can be very relaxing, especially during the last trimester when you may be glad to have the weight taken off your joints.
- Some people find that chamomile tea relaxes them and helps them to sleep.
