International orders 1. International Postage Costs We ship anywhere (well almost!). Pregnancy and childbirth customs vary country by country. That being said as far as we know the main features of conception, gestation and birth still take 9 months or so regardless of location!! Our DVD incorporates the latest international thinking by medical professionals and childbirth educators and as such is more than suitable for women of any country - provided they have a reasonable understanding of English. Some of the terminology will vary - we say nappies - you say diapers - etc. but overall women from 14 countries so far who have seen the video have all be very pleased with it and most say they found it very helpful.
Cost £15.50 plus £5.00 postage and packing to mainland Europe £15.50 plus £10.00 post and packing for the rest of the world. Pounds Sterling will be converted by your Credit Card Company or our bank at the daily rate of exchange. We ship all orders within 24 hours of credit cards or international payments being cleared. On average postage will take about 28 days worldwide (less in the EEC). Of course local customs authorities may delay some packages in your particular country and they may charge you some kind of import duty.
Need the video urgently then couriers will get it to most places within 3 / 4 days. Each video costs £15.50 plus courier as detailed below. We do ship products via Fed Ex or UPS. To arrange this we need written confirmation from you (email, fax or mail) giving us authority to charge courier costs to your credit card or alternatively to an account number you provide us with. In our experience courier costs are roughly as follows:- BUT YOU MUST CHECK LOCALLY. Mainland Europe - £26.00 Certification. As an educational product and as it does not show any specific naked photos of men or women the video does not require viewing certification in the UK, US or the rest of Europe. There are medically explicit illustrations in the content. There are I am happy to say a few shots of happy, smiling naked babies and some useful information on the actuality and techniques of breastfeeding. We fully respect that views, morals, tastes and beliefs vary country by country and would respectfully suggest that this video is designed to help women and babies to get the best out of childbirth. It seems that there are certain countries in the world (e.g. Saudi Arabia, Iran) where we understand that you should check carefully if the local regulations allow the importation of such items. We cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from the ordering of videos which are subsequently stopped in customs.
